Explain my reason, i am ordered macbookair on 8-4-19 but i got another product ipad so icall ur team and says, sir i got another product what i do? Ur agents says sorry for inconvience this complaint is fotward to my backend team says .On next day ur team call to me ask what the reason i tell total incidence ok . Ur team arrange the replacement ok I appreciated. in this delivery time i observe the that product tampering so i did not taken the product, i call ur team and explain the reason .ur team tells sorry sir. italk to seller and arrange to another, isaid ok, but anotherproduct delivery date was 12-5-19 but again i got another product apple ipods, i call ur team and says this reason ur team again says, this complaint forward to my backend team said wait for 24-72 hours i wait and wait but did not call to me any one, so again call to customer service again another agent says sorry sir this type of incidence u caused. Iraised the complaint wait for 2days . But i raised the complaint with in 4 hours call comes from ur backend team but says the seller was unable to fulflied ur return request says .on that day my account also blocked i call ur team again sir what sir my account also blocked what i do, i asks .but ur agents says i cant do anything for you because ur account was block list request wait this complaint was forwared... to my team wait some time definitely solved ur problem.. on that day onwards i call daily ur team but says icant any thing request to wait, says i messages to to ur Twitter and instagram and messenger also but solved .after 35 days completed one message comes and call to me and says ur flipkart pay later balance was due so please pay sir says that agent. Ok i explain this reason . Ur please give some I definitely works on this incidence with in 24 hours my account was open i very happy and i pay flipkart pay later balance also . On that day only icall to ur team and says open sir my account was open now what i do ask. And explain the total incidence .. again ur agent put return request but one message was comes anable to fulfiled ur retuns requestvwithin 24 blocks my account also blocked again again what i do i proper resolution .
