Dear sir, iam ordered vivo v11 mobile through flipkart website on exchange basis, ekart delivery person came and asked you buy mobile on 100% advance payment or emi basis, i said emi basis, he checked my old mobile and said, your mobile back cover have nail scratch, if you paid 100% advance payment we will take your mobile in any condition, i[censored] pay in emi we want like new phone, but in exchange condition, only mentioned physical damaged or crackes, screen damage, any mobile software or working problem not acceptable, not mentioned even small nail scratch, 2 yrs used phone not even smaill nail scratch, how to use sir, please give best solution Was this information helpful? | |||||
