Flipkart — Not taking returns for a damaged good | |||||
Flipkart online shopping Hi team, I have ordered vu 40 inch led tv worth 22000inr and i have received the same on 6th june. As soon as i have opened it i found it to be a damaged one. I have asked for a refundand the date was given as 15 june but no action has been taken now. Since it has involved so much if money im suffering a lot. Customer care is passing time by asking inorder to look into the complaint. But they are doing nothing. Been a loyall customer since 2011. But i'll never order any product from flipkart anymore.
