Hello team,

-this request is regarding the failure of service of trimmer.
As the battery of trimmer heats a lot like it goes for burst and not even fit to the battery section so its not working.
-as per the request, i am charging it for 8 hrs. But there is no meaning of charging.
As the battery of trimmer is faulty.
- i am expecting replacement of this product asap.
There is lot much expectation from nova products but this trimmer is faulty product.
-kindly do the needful.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We see that the product was delivered to customer on April 20, 2017 and as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy we can not initiate return. Requested customer to get in touch with the authorised service center/ brand, Customer is satisfied. Hence, closing the case from our end.
