Flipkart — Oculus quest 2 128gb

Product with no seal and fake plastic wrapped around it
I was scammed very bad flipkart CUSTOMER care is not even taking this seriously
the product came with no seal and fake plastic wrapped around it i got into a called with CUSTOMER service they told me to CONTACT [protected]@flipkart.com so i did . 2nd time i got CONTACT with CUSTOMER service this time a woman said open the product and check so i did and found there was little of dust on both white controller button also on black little dot inside the box it was definitely opened and tampered even the sticker on lens was tempered with it was so clear i even sent a video to [protected]@flipkart.com flipkart cancelled my replacement or refund
the seller i bought it from is BALAJITRADERS96
All these people and this seller had to scam me out of all people and flipkart doesnt even give a damn
even the box itself is prove that the box was opened before because u cant put it back easily after once it opened and the #### seller who scammed me didnt think thinking he won't get caught
