As a gullible customer, it is my initiative to highlight this issue of
delivering the FAKE product to me. Expect this mail will be forwarded
immediately to your *CEO* to deprive all other customers to deal with a
fair mind, in a wrong impression to get a genuine product by way shelling
out the hard earned money. This is a pathetic situation, wherein the world
is looking forward to move from purchasing the product from the open market
to E-comm.
This act of supplying a FAKE product is a true example, basis to buy the
product from open market as will save us with the CHEATING act done by
Flipkart. On good faith, we place the order for getting the genuine product
& in turn, we get THIS.
As a matter of principle, I will not allow my money to go to the wrong
hands, hence I want my CHEATED Money back.
The time spent on getting the ear-phones replaced, which is 50 KM away from
my residence ( Janak Puri, New Delhi to Noida, Uttar Pradesh ) was
absolutely wastage of TIME & MONEY, when the manufacturer confirmed that
this is a FAKE product sold by Flipkart. Felt very bad, when the official
of Skull Candy confirmed in front of 3 more customers that this is a FAKE
product. All eyes were looking at me as I was the culprit. This moment was
really SHAMEFUL and unforgettable.
I look forward to Flipkart as how, my time & money spent on this horrendous
act is reimbursed to me along with my refunding the complete payment.
