[Resolved] Flipkart — OD[protected] , incomplete shipment | |||
This is with reference to the above order number, i had ordered two Ripples Ultra Thin 8x8 from flipkart. After waiting for 10 days i received the order with only 1 item, and the invoice is also specifying items as 2 . But the FORM 402 attached with the order clearly specifies the order quantity as 1. This is cheating by the seller, and flipkart does not have any option for items missing in the shipment, instead they create only replacement request while i havent got any items to return, In addition to make matters worse they placed the order and will deliver the items again after almost two weeks, they dont have any concept of giving priority in case they have made a mistake and they are agonising customers by making them wait again . So the promised delivery of 2 Qty of Ripples Ultra Thin 8x8 will now be done is 20+ days.They dont even allow you to change the seller and raise only replacement request with the same seller . Please find attached the FORM 402 where the quantity is clearly mentioned as 1 and the invoice where seller has deceivingly put the order Quantity as 2. Was this information helpful? | |||
