[Resolved] Flipkart — OD[protected] | |||
Hello Team, I was sent an SMS, that my Item (New Nataraj Compact Cradle) will be delivered today before 7 pm by Praveen N ([protected]) at 11.32 AM, 28 Dec Till now, I have not received my Item, but I have received another SMS saying that the item has been successfully delivered at 1.47 PM, 28 Dec Can you please confirm, to whom my Item has been delivered and why are they sending wrong Information. I am not able to call the Courier wala. Please let me know, what has really happened and I need it to be delivered today only!!! The Flipkart is not ready to share the Ekart Number also, and they are also not ready to resolve my Complaint immediately -- With Regards, Ashok [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 29, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response No response from customer when checked the logistics has confirmed that the product is delivered to customer and spoke to him, Hence sent mail to customer and closing the case.
