[Resolved]  Flipkart — od[protected]

Hi,

I have ordered a product from flipkart but they have cancelled saying that seller observed a trend in purchase history and product is intended not for personal use so i have called and informed flipkart team that i never ordered any product again once the product is delivered
So can you check with seller that why he is cancelling the product.
They assured me for resolution.
But suddenly on previous sunday 4th i received an email from flipkart team that we have found the trend on your purchase so you will not be able to login on you flipkart account anymore.
Till the time i am chasing flipkart team for resolution but customer service person is saying that this is handled by backend team and backend people is copy pasting same resolution again and again.
My 2 questions:-
1 how can you identify a product is purchased not for personal use.
2 if you have observed a trend in my purchase atleast you should have been informed about it but without any prior notifications you have deactivated the account.
I am continuously sending email on what trend you are seeing on my purchase they are not ready to provide any information.

Can you please help me with this?
