[Resolved] Flipkart — OD[protected] // Decor Engineered Wood Shoe Rack | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I was ordered one Updecor Engineered Wood Shoe Rack (6 Shelves) against order id OD[protected] and the delivery date was 7th April 2021. It was not delivered and I called customer care and they informed me it will deliver 12th April 2021, But in 11th April one madam(phone no. [protected]) call me at 11:36 a.m. and inform me it will take 4 days more and if you agree to take delivery, I confirm I will take delivery. but same day evening I was got one miss call (I was at washroom so I unable to pick up the phone) from same phone no. after that in my order details it is showing “As per our conversation your issue is resolved” I want to know Can Flipkart cancel my order with one miss call? If Flipkart is not able to deliver and cancelled without my permission then how do they take cancellation charge Rs. 200 from me? Without my permutation if Flipkart cancelled my order.
