The refund amount of 9572/- yet not received and your team is unable to answer my queries that what is the issue behind the non-refund of payment done by gift voucher. Every time your time said and communicated the date of 5th march for the above refund. But nothing reflecting till now anywhere and your team appears clueless on the same. With all this they suggest me another date of 9th march which touches the heights of the ridiculous service. When the seller has refunded the mount on 23rd feb itself whats flipkart doing with my money in flipkart, i hope not shopping. With this try to suggest me what should be my course of action, approaching a consumer court over this or just think that this amount never belonged to me and quit shopping over flipkart. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on March 05, 2018. Hence, c losing the complaint from our end.
