Flipkart — OD[protected] item was not deliver but showing as a delivered

Regarding i was placed the order luminous battery and inverter by through flipkart and the order number is OD[protected] on 17 October 2021 in flipkart showing item was delivered but unfortunately i never received the product by through flipkart since 7 days i m continues following up with flipkart but they are not responding another thing i tried to ask the courier partner details unfortunately they are denied to provide the courier details kindly request you to strongly take action against flipkart and resolve my problem
