Reg the same order the unit first delivered having software issue i've raised a replacement for the same replacement unit delivered but it found damaged glass broken, delivery boy only evaluated the return unit not the new replacement unit, then after contacting him he said raise a return request for the same, i've done the same it also got approved by seller end, but now ekart pickup team not accepting order and saying if they pickup the product they will get penalty for the same and for this reason they have cancelled the return request 9 times
i'm facing this issue from almost one month,
cs team raise the return request and courier team cancelled the same without any information
