[Resolved]  Flipkart — OD[protected] not yet delivered despite multiple CS calls

Hello Sir/Madam,

The order D[protected] was supposed to be delivered on 18.OCT.23 but it has not been delivered yet. I had multiple contacts to customer care but all in no use as they don't provide any appropriate update just asking to wait more and more.

First delivery was attempted on 18.OCT.23 but delivery person refused to deliver stating he is not aware of exchange procedure. Next delivery was attempted on 19.OCT.23 and ekart cancelled it by itself stating operational reasons.

Kindly consider this issue urgent and create a grievance to escalate this issue further.

Also, I don't see any order cancellation option on order page for this order.

Kindly help.
