[Resolved]  Flipkart — office chair

I bought an office chair from flipkart which came with a broken screw and thread. There are ample number of complaints in the customercare records.
The problem remains unresolved and it's been about a month now. Am fed up calling them.
They had sent the wrong technicians then another to convince to keep the chair.
Now the screw has come off on its own. It's beyond fixing. Please help.
