[Resolved] Flipkart — old phone delivered | |||||
I have book a vivo v11 smart phone (Starry night black 64 gb,) and paid rs. 17780/- by credit card with offer on dated 08/12/18. Which order id od[protected]. I have received this set on 13/12/18. And its invoice number was fabrk[protected] and invoice date 09/12/18. When i get this set i was surprised to see that box was without carton packing and box condition was not satisfactory. Also its seal seems that it is cutted and pasted back. Also 'nk' was written with sketch pen on the backside of the box under plastic wrapping. And a shopkeeper hologram was pasted on front of the box under plastic wrapping. And its bill was just a printout on simple paper instead of a sticker bill. So i have not open the box and go to vivo authorised service center to know its details with its imei no., which was printed on the backside of the box, than i was shocked to know that this imei number has been already activated on dated 12/10/18. Handset imei no.1- [protected] Handset imei no.2- [protected] So i have make its return request on 13/12/18 but flipkart has reject this request without any reason. After that again raise its return request and get back call from flipkart that they will replace it. When the ekart person came to home to change it, he denied to replace it due to handset was seal pack, he ask me to come his office and his senior will open the box in front of camera so i go to their office where the senior person also denied to open the box as he asked me that he will not take any responsibility of box and if there is no handset or handset is damaged inside the box then i will be responsible for it. So i have came back and again raise this complaint at customer care. They said to me that they will resolve this issue after discussing with seller and ask me to wait for 2or 3days days. When i have not get any answer in the given time from their side, i have again call to flipkart and get reply from their side that they have not get any satisfactory answer from seller and again said me that they will resolve this issue in 12 days and also i will call back from their senior person in the given time, but on 11 day flipkart has reject my complaint without any satisfactory explanation. Also block my id with reason that i have make huge numbers of return with this id. Which is not correct. I have not open the box till now. Flipkart has done fraud with me. I am so much mentally harassed with flipkart. Please do justice with me. I will never do any shopping with it in future. Also suggest my colleagues and friends to not shop with it Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 16, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was old and also have IMEI number issue.We have interacted with the customer and informed that product is delivered in good condition and seller is unable to accommodate customer request for the replacement/refund to be issued and also account is freezed. Closing the complaint from our end.. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
