Flipkart — Old phone Exchange cancelled

I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a recent incident of fraudulent activity associated with my order. I am deeply concerned about this matter and would appreciate your immediate attention and assistance in resolving it.

Recently ordered new mobile phone and during order I am eligible for exchange my old phone and value is 6100.

New phone is delivered and Old phone pick up sheduled after 10 day of delivery.As per order old phone pick up by 3rd July and when I checked status then it's showing cancelled without informing me.

I contact support centre and they said pickup cancelled by logistics and now no any option for the pickup of old phone.

Now I am in situation that I can't return new phone and will not exchange old phone and I am in loss of 6100 rs.

I need help in this situation.I want to highlight that as a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years, I have always valued the trust and reliability the platform has offered.

I expect a prompt and comprehensive resolution to this complaint, including a thorough investigation, reimbursement for the fraudulent transactions, and reassurance that appropriate measures have been taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities and seek legal remedies to protect my rights and interests.
