I had ordered a power bank of make -INTEX( IT-PB 11K 11000 mAH) . The parcel received by me contained an Old / Used power bank of Make Samsung(9000mAH) and the same was kept inside the box of INTEX. On INVOICE same model no as that mentioned on the box is printed.
This is not a mistake and is being packed deliberately and above all the the order placed was under "FLIPKART ASSURED". If The company is unable to deliver they should have informed me at any stage since it was a cash on delivery mode. Now i have wasted 1 week for this order and the customer service is arranging pick up on 15/10/16 i.e 5 days after delivery on 10/10/16 which is same as date of return initiated.
I want my issue to be resolved by delivering the right & genuine product within the specified delivery date i.e 12/10/16 and if they cannot make the delivery they should initiate return of money to my account and can take the product back.
It should be understood that no one is sitting at a place to get the delivery at any time they choose .

In this case i feel FLIPKART ASSURED initiative is to fool people and strict action should be taken for wrongly advertising themselves
