[Resolved] Flipkart — omni tech retail and flipkart cancelling orders and holding onto money | |||
My replacement has been cancelled by flipkart and there has been no response at their end. This cancellation is done without my knowledge and it has been 14 days since i've placed an order and yet to receive a call. Flipkart and omni tech haven't bothered to call to solve the problem, incorrect updates of haven't picked up the call and my money is stuck with them nd they do not refund as well. Not only is the product damaged, but uninstalled by their technician and ready for pickup with no replacement scheduled. Order was placed against [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
