Flipkart — omnitech seller has not yet come to my place to install my microwave. i am waiting for more than a month for it.

I have got my product on 24th august 2020 from flipkart. Order od[protected] this is the order id. It has to be installed by 26th aug 2020. But now it is 1st september 2020, not yet installed.

Please help me with this regard
