Dear CEO, My self Valluru Sreenivasulu, Working as software professional at one of the software company i booked a products form flip cart and its not been delivered as of today let me explain my concerns. 1. My ordered products getting cancelled with out taken written or call confirmation who given right to cancel my booking order with out taking confirmation from me, 2. My products delivery dates keep on extending if your not willing to serve products just stop the services because not serve product and not given proper response to the customer by your service representatives if you have doubts just listen the calls from my mobile number - [protected] 3. If they deduct calls they never call back to the customer this is how treating customers? Last but not least sir many bigger org also shutting down due to not given proper response to the customers ofcourse you think i am only the one but if we post news in social media it increase business loss to Flipcart sir dont try to cheat customers with your delivery assurance dates.
