Hi,
We have ordered a Havells 2.5 mm copper wire from Flipkart with order I'd OD[protected].
We have get different wire in box of Havells.
Then we have make replacement request & shared details to Flipkart customer team.
They have realised there fault & tell us to replace the product.
Meanwhile they have tell us to upload ID we have uploaded pan card for ID. We have talk with customer care team & they have told us that ID is correct we will get replacement by 1 FEBRUARY 2022.
On 30 January 2022 we have received message that our replacement is rejected.
They are doing totally fraud.
We request goverment to take strict legal actions & release my amount through these scam.
