Flipkart — One Item out of two not received

I have ordered 6 sarees (ORDER ID - OD[protected] on 3rd October 2021. Out of which I received the delivery separately as follows.
1. Packet containing 1 Saree
2. Packet containing 1 Saree
1. Packet containing 2 Sarees
Then I was waiting for 2 more Sarees.
A packet was delivered on 10th October 21. I have received a packet on which there is a printed sticker mentioning the following two sarees whereas when the packet was opened it was found that there is only one saree in the packet details given below:
1. SAARA Floral Print, Printed Tant Cotton Blend Saree (Cost Rs. 524/-)
The following Saree, I did not receive.
2. SAARA Paisley, Woven, Embellished, self Design, Banarasi Pure Silk, Jacquard Saree (Pink) (Cost Rs. 2249/-)
I sent a detailed email to [protected]@flipcart.com as below:
Please note that the delivered packet when opened, I found that only saree No. 1 was there and saree No. 2 was not there. The packet was also small. You can send your representative from Nagpur to inspect the packet and check it.
On October 8 a packet from the same order containing two sarees was delivered, which was much bigger in size than the packet referred to above.
I called several times. I received four calls from them, every time I was required to narrate the story to a new representative.
I also received an email from Flipkart stating that my issue will be resolved by 16th October. I am pasting their message below.
Dear Customer,
We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 16 Oct, 9:00 PM.

Then I received a call from [protected] on 24th and the representative told me that the refund of Rs. 2249 was initiated. It could be seen on order details in Flipkart App. The status was Return Rejected. Issue resolved. I also received an email from [protected]@nct.flipkart.com with the contents as pasted below:
We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.

I again called them, as usual, this time a new representative listened to me and promised to resolve the issue. Nothing happened so far.
I am a regular customer of Flipkart for many years. Such a thing never happened.
Please help me in resolving this matter so that I get my refund of Rs. 2249/- as soon as possible.
