This is very unfortunate that you have come up with very insubstantial reply. I selected this product looking at your esteemed brand, standard and assurance, which you failed to maintain.
How can you come to conclusion that it is due to "mishandling of the product/ Usage issue?" Prima facie defect could NOT be determined as to the quality/standard of your product; however, it is on usage of the product the defect came to light and that too immediately on first use. Hence, comes under manufacturing defect.
Moreover, you have defectively assembled/fixed the wheels as they are quite evident from the pictures shared with you that there is gross asymmetry in diameter between the wheels especially non-functioning one, by virtue of which it comes under manufacturing defect.
You are aware how critical/important wheels are for the usage of the product and unquestionably wheels are the fulcrum of this product and obviously these are going to be affected the most, but acknowledging fully its importance you have mentioned in your mail this significant part of the product is out of cover under your warranty policy. This shows negligence and your admission proves your standard/quality of the product is not up to the required standard. Hence, this comes under negligence and deficiency in rendering adequate services to your customer.
You have not provided me any "OK tested" final certificate, which raises the question in the mind if this product was meant for sale/discount and eventually I became the victim.
Therefore, I would urge you to rethink, consider or assess as to how can you give fix the issue and give me relief on this matter by way of replacement/repair and/or otherwise.
