[Resolved]  Flipkart — One Product Missing

Sir, Sir, I have ordered two Palazzo from Flipkart, same company Jaybaksh so they were in one same pack, two palazzo name written on the pack, but Flipkart accidentally gave me one, I gave money for two, RS. 251 + RS 254 each to EKART Delivery Boy, Cash on delivery, because I thought two palazzo was written there.

I ordered JAYBAKSH Relaxed Women Gold & Pink Trousers but they send me the PINK ONE ONLY :(

I have not got the gold one yet I paid money for it, inside of the packet, I have not seen the gold one,

There was only one Palazzo inside the packet, but written two palazzo, I paid for both but received one,

I have received only one Palazzo yet I ordered two palazzo, in the packet it's written two palazzo pink and gold, so I given 505 RS, Rs. 251+ Rs.254, but after opening the packet, I saw only one: the pink one, I have not received the gold one... I think due to heavy work pressure because Durga Puja and Diwali is near, you made an accidental mistake, don't worry I am not angry, I can understand, I won't return the product and I won't demand refund but please if you can please send me the gold palazzo as I have already paid money for It, I am a poor person, I am an Unemployed girl, I am studying in College.

The app showing delivered, but it's not, only the pink one delivered, Not the gold one, the gold one was written on the packet, but after opening, I am not seeing the gold one, I paid cash money already, I thought inside of the packet, there'd be the gold one, but it's not there.

The packet was not tampered or damaged and the delivery boy is nice and kind person.
