Flipkart — oneplus bullets wireless z2 anc earphones

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a recent order I received[protected], which is clearly a counterfeit product—a cheap copy of the original item. This is unacceptable and a clear violation of customer trust. I have attached multiple photos of the delivered product, including packaging and details, as clear evidence.

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issue with my replacement request. Flipkart had assured me that the replacement product would be delivered through open-box delivery, allowing me to verify its authenticity before accepting it. However, after waiting 5–6 days, the delivery person informed me that the product was not eligible for open-box delivery. I declined to accept the item under those conditions to avoid receiving another fake product.

Later, I received another delivery attempt. This time, I agreed to accept the replacement. However, the delivery was again unsuccessful—this time due to a so-called "technical issue" where the product couldn't be connected to the delivery agent’s phone. I had already submitted all necessary evidence that the original item was counterfeit. Whether the replacement connects to the delivery person’s phone or not is irrelevant—it does not reflect my responsibility or the product's authenticity.

This entire ordeal has not only caused me mental distress but has also significantly disrupted my professional schedule. I’ve had to waste approximately four hours and travel 8–10 kilometers multiple times for each delivery attempt. Flipkart’s refusal to allow a simple address change has only worsened the situation.

When calculating the time, effort, and emotional toll, I have already lost the equivalent value of the product itself. Therefore, I urgently request that Flipkart step in to resolve this matter—either by arranging a genuine replacement at the earliest or issuing a full refund.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally, including approaching the consumer court and exploring other formal complaint channels.

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
