[Resolved] Flipkart — online fraud - product missing in delivery package | |||
Hi, I had placed an order of 7 "bru instant coffee" on 6th april from flipkart [order id : odi[protected]] I received only 3 of them and rest four were missing. When i tried to reach their customer support team, they are saying seller says there is no error from their end??? I believe in flipkart, "why i am supposed to worry about what their is saying"? Now they are not refunding my amount. Guys flipkart is big fraud. Now what i am supposed to do next, lodge an online fraud case against flipkart to get my money back? Even if you think logicall, how can they adjust 7 packets of coffee box in this small cartoon. Was this information helpful? | |||
