Flipkart — Online Mobile Order not refunded since 1 week

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Rukshana Banu, I paid 12, 640 INR and placed a Mobile phone order on Flipkart Online on 21/09/24 via Order ID. OD[protected] and due to financial reason I cancelled my order before it was shipped or delivered, but when I tried to Cancel the it shows me the message - Cancellation is not possible for this Order. I tried to call the customer care but nobody seems to be helping, I even tried to call delivery person, he disconnects my calls, the flipkart customer care always send me email saying we are sorry and we are looking into your issue but there is no information on my money or when I wil get refund, I am a mother of 1 kid, I need this money very much, I am very disappointed and frustrated as I have lost 12, 640 INR in Flipkart online Sale Scam, please help me get refund and compensation.
