[Resolved] Flipkart — Online order delivery mismatch(wrong product delivery) | |||
I ordered a pair of shoes online from Flipkart of size 8. And paid money in advance. Flipkart delivered me the wrong sized shoes(ie 9). Its a fault from the company's side and now they are denying the reversal of the product despite of several request. Now Flipkart customer care executives are mentioning that refund of money cant be provided while i raised the reversal within 2 days of delivery. Was this information helpful? | |||
