[Resolved] Flipkart Online Shopping — need to return the mobile complete protection pack | |||||
I was order redmi note 7pro with additional of mobile complete protection plan. After rad the terms & conditions that pack really not going to help me. I planned to return the product.in app shows return options but can't accept the request. So i called the flipkart customer care executives and explained the situation. But they also misdirected me given irrelevant information and they're trying to ignore me. But till now not accepting the return request. It's shows clear indentation to make customer as fool's. In there terms and conditions itself clearly mentioned 10 days return policy. Was this information helpful? | |||||
