[Resolved] Flipkart — only one item is delivered & taken amount of two items | |||
I had order two SoRoo Sony wired headphones Violet order item ID[protected] vide order ID:OD[protected] on[protected] amounting to Rs. 400/- inclusive of shipping charges & VAT. It is delivered to me today at 1.30 pm i.e.[protected]. But to my surprise when I opened the package I found only one item. I requested the courier man to take it back but he didnt took it & told me to call ur customer care number. I tried calling but I was not satisfied with your customer care services. In the past I had good experience shopping with flipkart. I hope you will send the second item as soon as possible. I am hopeful of prompt reply from you. Verified Support Dec 30, 2014 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, He say's when he opened the box he got only 1 qty when checked on EKL there is only 5g shipped so creating replacement and informed the same to customer and closing the case.
