Flipkart — Oppo enco buds missing from package | |||||
I ordered an oppo enco earbuds from flipkart on 3rd october 2021 and received a box on 11th October 2021 in which product is missing. I contacted flipkart customer support for the missing product they told me I can't get the product as the product is out of stock.i again told them the product is there on flipkart then they told me product price is increased so I can't get the product but I can get the refund then they start asking me ID proof for verification which sound suspicious to me then they told me to update email address because future communications will be on email which I updated. On 12th October the email me that seller and delivery partner is confirmed that I got the product intacted so they will not refund my money. I again contacted them now they are asking me my brother adhar card details as on address his name is mentioned. I don't fell safe sharing mine and my family personal details with flipkart as they are going to share this to seller as customer care representative told me.i can't understand what to do please help Was this information helpful? | |||||
