Hi,
I have received oppo f3 plus on 11 november and on thursday what i observed that there is a heat in phone ear speaker from where we listen voice of person on other side and half of the phone from above also get heat and when i complaint flipkart regarding this they arrange a technician visit and technician just check battery temparature by an application called antutu told me that phone is ok and after that when i check that when phone ear speaker get heated and when half of the phone from front and back get hot than i found in website callled www.ORDUH.COM that it is the issue of device itself and when i inform flipkart regarding this they are denying replacement i deserve the replacement as issue is not related to battery it is the issue with device

More over they have a policy of rearranging technician visit again if customer is not satisfied as told to me by their executive but yesterday when i ask for the same they told me that know you have to visit service centre i need a replacement because why should i go to service centre just in a week even oppo policy says that you can ask for replacement with in a 30 days it is there in page number 18 of important information guide which i receive along with phone
