[Resolved] Flipkart — oppo f5 youth with exchange offer | |||||
I ordered oppo f5 youth on 14th of may with exchange of my old phone (Oppo r7 lite) the product was to be delivered on 17th maythe product came to delivered but while taking back the old phone the delivery guy misunderstood and informed crack in screen, but there was no such damage on phone the delivery guy scheduled the delivery date to next day, later i received a message mentioning the order delivery date changed to 18th may. Then i contacted flipkart customer care and they also confirmed the delivery after verification of the product on chat through photos of the phone. They stretched the conversation for long and just after the offer ended (During which i placed my order), they stepped back and i got a message for cancellation of the product.
