Flipkart — oppo k1 order no od[protected]

Dear officer,

I booked the oppo k1 on 8th oct which i received on 13th oct in noon. When
I open the box i found tape mark on charger which i doubted wither its
Being used or open one so i check and found that charger number is
Different that provided on charger and on mobile box. Also it have screen
Guard which have bubble in it as company fitted is always a clear one and
As per my knowledge gorilla 5 glass which have on screen finger print
Sensor don't come with guard.
I placed the replacement request and when i called they told me its
Different issue and escalating it forward but i didnt get any mail and they
By them self cancel it without my knowledge and told me that they will
Provide a gift coupon for same.
But i dont need any coupon i need my order and genuine product.
I got a call and she told me to call oppo for solution but when i buyed from flipkart why should they entertain me also i have doubt product is genuine or not as charger is different.

Seems you have lost or you don't understand what's the complaint is about I have complaint for OPPO K1 not for other item . You are providing me detail of my other order.
