[Resolved] Flipkart — oppo reno 2 not delivered | |||
Oppo reno2 ordered on 12th september 2019 with emi option and promised delivery on 21st september 2019. Order status never changed since then, raised an complain on 22nd, 23rd and 25th september. No update from flipkart they keep saying backend team is working on it and no other update. When i asked for a full refund including the interest of emi as they did not deliver the product. We’d like to confirm that the seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on 25 Sep 19 and will be reflecting on your credit card EMI by 30 Sep 19. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
