The return policy has been changed to only replacement with the same item for headphones. The policy has been changed to 7 days from earlier 10 days. Despite contacting customer care for order ID OD[protected] as soon as the product was received and found to be faulty and of low quality on the same day that it got delivered they are refusing to take the request for refund of the amount. I have sent a message to flipkart to refund the amount and process the return of the goods and only provide option of replacement and are citing that the seller will only accept replacement.
