[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order[protected].

His email is to bring to your notice about my recent experience with the delivery and Customer care service with regard to order OD[protected].
I have got an text message from VK-DLHVRY on Nov 7th for the intimation of out of delivery with OTP without any contact details of the wish master and i got a call later from Flipkart saying that we are not able to deliver the product as I am not available at my registered address. This was happening every day starting from Saturday to Wednesday. I have contacted the customer care team on sunday through my registered phone number and mentioned that I haven`t got any call from Wishmaster and requested them to either share the contact details of the wish master or to send a note to wish master requesting them to call at my registered mobile number and to deliver the product even i[censored]nattended by me.
I was dialing in daily to Customer care team and requesting them not to cancel the product and on Wednesday I spoke to the Senior Associate and mentioned her that the wish master will cancel the product claiming that they have tried delivering for 3 days and so according to the company policy they are going to cancel the product but she promised me saying that the product will be delivered to me come what may and they will resolve the issue with Wish master. But today even after receiving the assurance from Senior Associate it got cancelled.
I am still wondering why Flipkart claims that "CUSTOMER FIRST is more than Lipservice to Flipsters". While speaking with the customer team they were only mentioning that Flipkart have cancelled the product in accordance with the Flipkart policy of cancelling after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts but they are not being empathetic and understanding my point that wish master haven't called to my primary number.

Flipkart policy doesn`t make any difference to the customer if the wish master didn`t try calling the number of Customer and it has to be delivered by any cost within the agreed date. Now due to the mistake by the delivery agent i was not able to get that gift within the promised time!
I have also made a request to the Senior Associate to arrange a call back from her supervisor ( Level 3 of Customer Service team) on thursday and she promised that her superior will call me in other 2-4 hours. When i asked the question about the remedy of non-receipt of phone call by her supervisor she simply said that you have to call us back tomorrow, Can you please create a new mechanism where if any such requests are made, a new ticket has to be opened and it shall be only closed by the supervisor.
