I've ordered a phone through Flipkart last week on Wednesday (6/7). The phone was supposed to be delivered by Friday (8/7). It was delayed because the delivery person couldn't contact with me, which never happened since he never tried to contact me. Later in their page i find out that they had shifted the delivery date to the next day, which was Saturday. Saturday comes, the delivery person this time gives me a missed call! To which I responded immediately and called him back. But the phone kept on saying it's busy, and the order got taken back to their hub again. This was second day! Third day was Sunday, it was raining pretty heavily this day. The delivery person called me at 6 in the evening saying he can't deliver me today cause it is too late and the rain wasn't stopping so he would deliver me tomorrow. Monday comes and guess what? FLIPKART CANCELLED my delivery cause it was unable to deliver me 3 times! Imagine waiting for so long and this happens. I reordered the phone again this time it was saying it will deliver me the very next day which was Tuesday (12/7) the delivery person never showed up! Even their order tracker didn't move up to "out for delivery" at 7 they come up with the excuse that they were facing "logistic constraints" now the date has shifted to Thursday. While I'm writing this on Wednesday (13/7) the delivery now has dispatched to another hub which isn't near to my location.
This is a HORRENDOUS experience I'm facing with Flipkart from the past week. Looks like waiting for them doesn't make any sense now since they just don't want to deliver it. Was this information helpful? |
