Dear Sir/Madam,
Please take note that the received item color is completely different and also fitting is not as per order & the specifications listed on Flipkart (jeans fitting is not 'Boot leg' type, whereas received item fitting is 'Skinny' and same information mentioned on the attached tag (Please refer to the attached pictures)
I've raised a return request on 30-Dec-2022, and itcwas supposed to closed on 03-Jan-2023.
I've received an email from Flipkart customer service asking to provide multiple pictures and documents stating that if this doesn't fall under return policy it may be cancelled.
As a customer, we're not responsible to experience such things for a bad seller mistakes.
Please, kindly look into this and help us to process the return request and refund the amount!
