Flipkart — order cancellation after payment | |||||
I have been placing order on flipkart and i have been a daily and loyal customer of flipkart. But the last 3 orders i gave, they all being repeatedly cancelled by the seller even after i am prepaying the order. When i called their customer service, they even didnt have any answer as to why is this happening. I am posting a picture as well. If they dont have something or if something is out of stock, then they must show it on their site. This was a really big convinience i had faced because the thing i ordered was needed by me very much. This needs to be solved, orelse i want my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
