Hi Flipkart,
Is the above statement sufficient to cancel any order ?
I have placed important food items with Flipkart relying on the name and brand. But this is really annoying to see there is no value of my time being invested with Flipkart to place an order for daily needs which could have been easily fulfilled by any other platform within a day but I still waited for Flipkart vendors to deliver the same within a time frame of 3 days.
Flipkart fails to deliver the same and delays the order by another 3 days. And to my surprise, at the scheduled delivery time, I am getting another message from Flipkart that the order has been cancelled and amount is being refunded.
How can you compensate for the time I've invested in Flipkart??
Please note that I don't want any refund/ credit, my only ask is to get my order delivered or don't do anything.
I have already had words with customer service executives 4 times including a senior executive name Shoaib but no help and the experience was poor.
