[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancellation problem | |||||
Order id - od[protected] items) Order date - wed, jun 20th '18 9:31 pm Total amount -₹10, 425through cash on delivery This is my order details. I can't any call to cancel it cancelled. When i call helpline they call me, i don't attend order & also i cancel it. I don't know how it possible. Plz take any step as soon as possible. Verified Support Jul 01, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Interacted with the customer as he had raised a complaint stating all his order's are getting cancelled. Requested him to place a fresh order & arranged the delivery of the consignment, confirmed the same from the customer & closing this case from our end.
