[Resolved]  Flipkart — Order cancellation refund

Issue :

i ordered realme 7 on 16th october 2020 at 12:30AM with exchanging my old realme 2 pro. i paid rs 8, 999 for the order with exchange of old phone. And because i was not satisfied with the phone's reviews online which i was purchasing, so that's why i cancelled my order on 16th October itself at 1:00 PM in the afternoon before it was even packaged and shipped. so, technically i should get full refund of rs. 8999 in my bank account but when i cancelled the order, i received email regarding cancellation and showing amount to be refunded of only rs. 8899 only. i contacted the customer care, they said that 100 rs is the pickup charges for the exchange of old phone, they said it is not to be refunded. why it is not to be refunded, i have cancelled the order before it was even packaged or shipped and the pickup also not even initiated then why that pickup charges will not be refunded. i have not received the pickup service for which i have paid, why would i pay for it? i should get the refund of that pickup charge also. i want the complete refund of amount of rs 8999 which i paid.

16th of October I ordered a realme 7 (8+128 varient) (order id : OD[protected] with my old phone. The day of delivery was 19th of October but the item has been reached at my nearest hub and they took the courrier and came out for delivery. When ekart boy came at doorstep and verify my old phone, at first he said phone is ok please give me charger when I go back to get the charger I don't what he was doing but after I came and he said your phone screen side was broken. First I couldn't saw any minor brokenness but yes there are had a one mini broken scratch but my phone had
In very good condition. But he was not accepted and then said if I give him extra money then he sell my phone at another shop and he get the exchange price and give Flipkart. First of all courrier service so chip. But at the end I couldn't accept the order and ask him will I get refund and he said ok. Of course if I didn't get my phone why Flipkart get my money and for why? Even today also continually Flipkart show item not yet delivered and expected date 19th.And also didn't gave cancel option to this order. So bad worst experience ever.
I want my full refund if I will not get then step out for Police case.
