Flipkart — order cancelled by flipkart even after pre booking the phone and waiting for 10 days. | |
Hello, I placed an order of OPPO RENO 10x Zoom 6gb/128gb Order Id: OD[protected] on Flipkart on 2nd June 2019 with exchange of my old phone OPPO F1 S On 9th June 2019 delivery boy came, inspected my phone and said will be back in half an hour. But even after an hour he didn’t showed up. Later that day I called him and he asked me to come to his office in Ulhasnagar. As I reached to his office he said my old phone cannot be taken in exchange. So I registered a complaint at FlipKart to look into this. To my complaint, Flipkart sent a mail claiming to solve my problem by 12th June 2019. On 10th June I received a mail saying to submit all photographs of old phone and after doing so they claimed that phone can’t b accepted as it isn’t meeting our guidelines. Then I called customer care and asked them to send me the OPPO RENO 10x Zoom and will pay for it whatever the amount is instead of exchanging my old phone Later I received a mail claiming that my new phone will be delivered in next 4 business working days. But today morning 11th jUne 2019 got a mail a saying seller has cancelled the order. Then I called FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE and they said we can’t help you with this. From last few days I have been going through so much difficulties from flipkart regarding the phone. Even i was ready to pay remaining amount now my order is been cancelled. Specially a response from FLIPKART of not being responsible or being unable to look into this. People like us come to flipkart expecting to get good quality products at amazing prices with good services which is actually claimed by you but that doesn’t happen Instead the happiness of buying new products from you guys are simply nothing less than nightmares. Last few days Iam just either speaking with your customer care of mailing you. And at the end everything goes in vein. If it is so with Flipkart then why would people even think of buying from you? Either we would go to Brand office (like oppo in my case) Get my old phone inspected on the spot and buy the phone instead of so facing so many unnecessary mess from you. We neither get product / service/ offer. A complete disappointment! Please resolve my issue at the earliest as I'm not getting any offer if I place a new order. And it is out of stock.
