Flipkart — Order cancelled by the seller without my consent | |
Order ID: OD[protected] I had recently submitted a complaint here regarding the delay of the same order. Today, as on 5th August the order was cancelled by flipkart seller without my consent. The postponed second delivery date was on 3rd August. Even after continuously contacting through their twitter flipkart support handle and the customer service regarding the issue they just kept on giving me fake assurances and made me wait for 2 weeks! And today, after waiting for 2 weeks, i find out that the order is cancelled by the seller. I had bought the mobile on sale for 21k and now the current price is 27k. This must have been the reason why the seller cancelled the order even though i had bought the mobile after already paying online through debit card.
