On 21st sep 2017 i have ordered acer gaming laptop helios g3-572 from flipkart on big billion day offer for rs 74, 990/- order # od[protected] which was actually advertised for rs.59, 990 through out by flipkart. At the time of booking the price was changed to rs 74, 990/- so i booked for rs 74, 990/- and paid full amount through internet banking. On 26th sep 2017, i got the info on track orders that my shipment is "undelivered due to shipment damaged". When i contacted customer care i was informed that my delivery will be done by 29th sep 2017. But on 29th sep 2017, i received a call at 6.05 pm from flipkart customer care saying that the shipment was damaged and the product is out of stock now. So there is no option other than cancelling the order and the order got cancelled from their end. At that time when i checked the flipkart the product was out of stock as mentioned by them so i agreed for cancellation. But after 2 hours when i checked the same product was seen to be on flipkart. From that it is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. Also they are asking 10 days time for the refund. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the laptop which i have ordered. Was this information helpful? |
