[Resolved] Flipkart — Order cancelled without any notice from flipkart | |||||
As attached in the images, I made 2 separate orders today to purchase Red MI Note 4 through flipkart. Both my orders got confirmed firstly and then suddenly I received an email from flipkart stating that both the orders have got cancelled. When the orders were successfully placed, how can they be cancelled ? When I talked with the Flipkart people, they said that as you have placed bulk order it got cancelled. They have nothing mentioned on the product details page that the user cannot order more than one piece. Earlier when I had talked with the Flipkart people, they said that one can order more than one piece. Thats what I had done today when ordering Red MI Note 4 phone. And now these people saying that I cannot order more than one phone. I would really appreciate if you can take this matter upright and help me get my two orders confirmed. Its like a mental stress. I have been trying to purchase this phone since last 4 weeks. When I got confirmed, they cancelled the order without any notice and even not calling and asking me. May 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 22, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer informed the order has been cancelled as customer tried to place order for multiple quantities.

If your system doesnt allows a customer to select multiple quantities, then how can you confirm the order and send an email to me ? I received confirmation for multiple quantities.
