[Resolved] Flipkart — order cancelled without intimation | |||||
I have sent the below message to sachin bansal and kalyan krishanmurty but they are not acting on this also. Dear sir, I, amit kumar have booked a phone vide order id od[protected] dated 07/10/2017 for inr 10593 paid through my credit card. Its expected delivery was on 09th october but i got a message for 10th october. When i haven't received my product on 11th october then yesterday i called to your customer care @[protected] at 5:17pm regarding status of delivery but i surprised to hear her answer that "your delivery has been cancelled due to out of delivery area pin". Further conversation is as below - I asked her if it is out of delivery area then how could i book your product? Her answer - sir you cancel your order and rebook the same. Me - how did you cancel my order without intimated me? Her answer - seller did so. Me - who should be penalise for this fault either flipkart or seller? Her answer - sorry sir Me - why i will bear this harasment and lose of money for this period? Her answer - i can't help you, you just cancel the order and rebook. Me - for this fault i am not liable so penalise to seller and instruct him to deliver the same without any further delay. Her answer - sorry, sorry and sorry sir. Sir i just want to know that why flipkart is registering such type of sellers who are destroying your goodwill. Also what is the mean of flipkart assure? Nobody is ready to taking pain because they are not loosing anything in term of money/fame etc. You are requested to please improve your system to avoid such type of mistakes in future and arrange to deliver my product with penalty to that cheaper seller. Your immediate action shall be highly appreciated.
