[Resolved] Flipkart — ORder Cancelled without my consent & stated as non deliverable location.. | |||
I had placed and order : OD[protected] on flipkart on 2nd July. But the order was cancelled due to non serviceable location. If the location was non serviceable then why did they take the order in first place. If such was the case then why was it not informed to me earlier after placing the order. All after 5 days i get a mail from them that my order has been cancelled and refund has been processed. While i called the customer care they do not have a proper answer for my queries. Insted started telling me cock and bull story, i do not appreciate this and suggesting my friends and family ppl not to buy any products from flipkart from now onwards.. Verified Support Jul 10, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer on this number - [protected], he claims that order was cancelled after 5 days. Informed customer order was cancelled due to your Pin code is not serviceable. Informed customer to place fresh order. Hence closing the case.
